Refund policy

Unworn jewelry purchased via our website, with the exception of custom orders, is eligible for a refund if returned within seven days of purchase, provided all original tags (if applicable) remain intact.

All returns must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage. We advise using the original packaging materials, including bubble wrap, to ensure optimal protection.

Please be advised that items received without adequate packaging are ineligible for a refund.

Furthermore, any jewelry that exhibits signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all clearance merchandise is sold as-is and constitutes a final sale.
